2009 Chicago Fall Break Mission Trip Schedual
Wednesday, October 28th, 2009
4:00-4:30pm (EST) – Leave Christian Academy
7:00pm (EST) – Stop for dinner (students bring money for this mean)
10:00pm (EST) – Arrive at Hillcrest Baptist Church Parsonage
Our mission team will have the entire house for the duration of our trip. The guys will be in one bedroom, the girls will be in another bedroom. There are two bathrooms (one for the guys and another for the girls). We will be able to use their kitchen and living room areas.

8:00am – Breakfast (at parsonage)
9:00am –Solid Rock Missionary Baptist Church Work Projects
Projects: Paint Sanctuary, paint Kitchen, fix brick on outside wall, lay ceramic tile in kitchen, caulk around seams in offices to prevent water leakage
1:00pm – Lunch
2:00pm – Solid Rock Missionary Baptist Church Work Projects
4:00pm – Chicago Christian Industrial League
Teach Bible Story lesson (games, songs, craft) to children while parents (recently off the streets) learn job training skills
7:30pm – Dinner
9:00pm – Devotions/Worship

8:00am – Breakfast (at parsonage)

8:00am – Breakfast (at parsonage)
9:00am –Resurrection House Baptist Church Fall Festival Set Up
This is a youth ministry event that consist of arts, crafts, games and food for a homeless shelter that’s across the street from the church. There will also be a Bible story and Bible trivia.
11:00am – Fall Festival
5:00pm – Fall Festival Clean Up
7:00pm – Dinner
9:00pm – Devotions/Worship
Sunday, November 1st, 2009
8:00am – Breakfast (at parsonage)
9:00am –Hillcrest Baptist Church Sunday School and Service
12:30 (CST) – Leave Chicago to head home (stop for lunch on way, paid for by CAL)
7:00-9:00pm (EST) – Arrive back at CAL
